ERROR 415 - Media Not Supported - Joker 2 Folie a Deux FLOPS! What happened?

0:00 which is error code 415 an unsupported media type Joker 2 folia do is officially a flop we wanted to give it to the second week because maybe word of mouth would would buoy it it opened way lower than was expected and its second week it was even worse it now has the largest second week drop of any comic book movie in history dropping 81% to less than 8 million in week 2 I think Deadpool did better than that it now basically there's no chance of getting anywhere close to break even after the success of the first Joker movie which Jay you really liked um yeah I honestly I liked both of them what the hell happened all right I think this is my this is just my theory I think a few things happened okay one at the end of Joker one like kind of the Joker is revealed right so it's a story about Arthur going through his life and then at the very end you get teased with the Joker a little bit and so I think one fans wanted this action-packed Joker and the second Joker film but also you're coming from Deadpool Wolverine right so you have this R-rated action-packed awesome adventure I think I think fans were wanting that I don't think they were really kind of wanting a kind of deep storyline of like a reflection of

1:36 our society where no one cares who you are we just care about like the persona that you put on kind of thing so I don't know I think it was a great movie but now with the movie like fans wanted so a couple of things that I saw about the film and I'm curious to hear about your interpretation this one the musical acts aspect of it right oh my god it was a jukebox musical in that it's all like covers and pop songs and things like that but to my understanding it didn't really add to the story they weren't telling the stories of the music it was like here's some story story story and then here's a musical number and then with that and then we're gonna go on some other story story story and here's a musical number would that be an accurate telling of what they ended up doing there yeah and I I think that's like Arthur's way of trying to cope with like what's going on around him like his mental health like he's envisioning this like musical thing I'm also I think like Lady Gaga wouldn't do it if it wasn't some sort of like singing or something going on in there yeah absolutely but I mean I agree it didn't really add much to it it was a little I don't know misplaced so I will agree with that I don't think it was like enough to be a musical though I don't know so the other thing I'll say is maybe Todd Phillips

4:42 made a billion dollars and that's not a small amount of money it's it's hard to do and it was I believe the first R-rated movie to break a billion dollars was Joker mm-hmm yeah I think I remember seeing that as well yeah right now obviously Deadpool Wolverine came out this year and it well surpassed a billion dollars as an R-rated movie so I get why they greenlit this the other thing I saw is I saw a bunch of stuff where Todd Phyllis was talking about how they would go in and rewrite the script in the morning and they'd like scrap pages of I just I get the sense that they didn't really know what what they were trying to say hmm interesting like the first one they had something to say about a broken society and mental health and a broken person in a broken world and him getting left behind I don't get the sense that that happened here yeah I mean that I think that makes sense I think that's like fair to say but I will say I'm not gonna spoil the movie for anyone at least I hope not I'm no spoilers but I really kind of liked the ending because I will say like throughout the movie there were things that were happening where like as a Batman fan growing up always being like obsessed with Batman I was like that doesn't make sense that
