Daredevil Born Again Trailer Review

00 After much anticipation and many, many reshoots, we finally have a full trailer for the new Daredevil Born Again series coming soon next month. Actually, I think early next month to Disney Plus. This is confirmed. This is this has been confirmed as a continuation of the Netflix series. This isn't just we're going to keep using Charlie Cox. No, it's it is a continuation of the Netflix series. We get some great little hints about who's there, who the villains are. I'm going to bring up some sections of the trailer for you guys. Jay, you had a chance to watch this right before the show. And what was your first impression of the trailer? Oh, my gosh. The hair stood up on the back of my neck. It made my weight.

50 What can I say? I don't know. I don't know if I can say what I truly felt in my pants when this happened. No. But no, it was amazing. It was everything that I was hoping for. I'm excited. I was very sad when they kind of killed off Punisher and Daredevil because I thought it was a solid. I thought there were solid shows and I saw them go. It's very sad, but I don't know. Maybe this is maybe this is the content. Maybe we'll get more stuff like this with, you know, with those ambassadors in Hollywood. You know, to look forward to maybe. Here's here's the thing. So first off, this is the role that I think Vincent D 'Onofrio was born to play was Kingpin. Yes. OK. That diner scene, which which the stream could see right now with him and Matt sitting in the diner. I want to watch that because, you know, Kevin's not giving away the whole scene right here. Right.

47 This is like 10 seconds of dialogue. And you know, this is going to last a minute. I. I'm gathering from the trailer that that Kingpin is now the mayor of New York City. Which is a whole other ball of kittens, right? But him and Matt are sitting down for a nice, happy cup of coffee, right? They're like, hey, it's nice to see you again in the most brutal way possible. We get. We get some initial shots, you know, get a little further of our fill in. Right Here we go Muse is the primary of you villain for the series He looks terrified He looks terrified We get of course some lovely stuff with the Punisher.

43 Frank Castle is back. Frank Castle is back and look at him. There's John Bernthal as the Punisher again returning from his Netflix roots. I think everybody's pretty happy about that. The other one that everybody's been talking about and I have to say I was happy about this. Where is it? I'd be close at the beginning. We know. Oh, there we go. We get a shot. There it is. Oh, no. Bad taxi cab. We get foggy and Karen. They're back. Right. I don't think you because initially when they first shot the show, they weren't supposed to be in it. Originally, this was an ad in during the reshoots when Kevin Feige got his power back when Bob Iger came back to Disney. I don't think you can do the show without those two. No, you definitely need, you know, Jessica, the vampire.

45 Wait. No, that's a different show. I'm sorry. Deborah and will and I forget his name as foggy are coming back. He was a great foggy. The villain is the primary villain is Muse. White Tiger is in this. We do get a brief look at White Tiger. I'll see if I can find it. So it looks like there's gonna be multiple villains in the thing and I'm not playing the sound because the last time I did I had to fight for like three days for copyright strikes On our YouTube channel, okay pins gaming the system shocking Yeah, I'm really curious I'm really curious about this show get some more of that It looks brutal, like it looks violent.

39 Yes. You know, this is not. This is not like Happy Pappy Daredevil Marvel Cinematic Universe. This is very street level. This is he's beaten the crap out of people. You know. Love it. There's Muse. I know we get White Tiger at some point in the trailer. Of course, he's carrying a hatchet. He's the Punisher. There he is. That was really fast. Hang on. Back up like five seconds. Yeah.

19 So this is the shot we get of White Tiger in the series. No, not there. There you go. There's White Tiger. You get it. Muses from the comic books. He's part of Daredevil's primary rogues gallery. Crossbones is back in this as well, but we don't see him in the trailer, but I know that's been confirmed. The showrunner for this, we looked it up, is the guy who did Punisher for Netflix. So. Hopefully that gives us an idea of the direction that he's going. Jay's just dancing over there. He's like, let's go. I'm ready. Like, I'm going to see if you had canceled your Disney Plus subscription. And you got it back to watch Skeleton Crew. And now this is coming in like two weeks. That's the smart thing that Disney does when they dime it right is they will get you through a show. And then like two weeks later, like, by the way, don't forget this new show is coming in two weeks. You don't cancel your subscription because it's coming in two weeks. Right. And they just keep this constant stream of one new show at a time. Yeah, the you know, the fucking mouse, you know, sometimes I hate them, but you just got to love them. He's just he's so cute. He's adorable gotta support the mouse Uh, I was wrong. I was wrong to cancel my subscription. I apologize There you go. Um So the dead devil born again trailer. Did you all watch it? What do you think of it? Are you excited for this? Uh, let us know down in the comments below
